About Us
Turkish Culinary Heritage Journeys is a project that aims to showcase Turkey's cultural and gastronomic richness in both an educational and experiential way. It aims to share traditional flavors, historical textures, geographical diversity, and the stories of local producers with students, teachers, and all enthusiasts, and to pass on the legacy of our culinary culture to future generations.
Within the framework of this mission:

We create unique travel routes covering the seven regions of Türkiye, combining history, culture, cuisine and geography in each region.

By collaborating with local producers and workshops, we enable students to witness production processes directly.

We support course curricula with gastronomy education and enrich the learning experience by integrating disciplines such as history, geography, and biology.

We aim to develop gastronomy tourism in an ethical and responsible manner by adopting an environmentally and socially sensitive approach through sustainability, preservation of local products and preservation of cultural values.
